Back to City of Rocks.... A nice state park where you can camp among the Kneeling Nun Tuff rock boulders, formed 35 million years ago. We, though, elected to take an electrical hookup site so we could watch TV?!.
This is a great place to watch the night sky, no light pollution out here. In fact, all of the camp sites are labeled with astonomical names. We're in site E07, Uranus.
And then there is biking and hiking, and just relaxing.
Hi Morey. Just saw you at Elephant Butte. Just recently discovered the world of RV bloggers and you are the first we have spotted in a campground or on the road (at least that we know of). LOL
ReplyDeleteAlthough very windy, this is a great spot. Had a really nice walk today.
We are weekend warriors but dream of the day soon when we can full time. We recently started a blog
